Jewellery organizer ideas

Since a few months I have planned to make my jewellery organizer. I would like to make a simple one, from a frame (50*70 cm), and a nice fabric. I have already bought the fabric, I just do not find the right frame. So here are some unique ideas who plan the same...

Picture frame is the most popular I think, it is cheap, nice and easy to make:

My handmade Christmas decoration

A few days ago I made time to decorate our house. I prepared two christmas wreath, one for advent one to hang on the door. They were very easy to make and I enjoyed it so much! What you need is an (old) white fabric, 4 red candles, some decoration from potpourri, wires, glue gun and wreath base of course.

I cut stripes from the fabric and I wrapped the wreath base. I fixed it with glue in some places. Then I stabbed the (hot) wire into the bottom of the candle. Then just put some glue on th bottom of the candle and place it where you want. Be aware of the wire. Then twist the wire tightly around the wreath. Hide the wire with some fabric. Then you can decorate it with anything. I used some leftover potpourri. Done!

The hanging wreath has the same method: wrap in fabric. Then put a ribbon to hang and a bow. So simple!

Another simple decorating idea is to get a branch from your garden or from wood. Cut off what you do not need, and decorate with christmas ornaments. Put in a vase, fill it with stones or pebbles to stay fixed, put a bow of course!

Happy Decorating!
